Great news for all SentiOne users: from now you can include diacritic in your topic configuration!

In order to meet our clients’ expectations, we introduced a feature allowing the system to recognize diacritic. From now on letters containing diacritics from different alphabets will be taken into consideration during topic configuration and entering keywords.

New feature is available for all SentiOne users: those using polish version, as well as foreign-language versions.

What is more, decision is not permanent – you can choose if you want to include diacritics in your search or not every time your create or edit your topic.
