Who are we looking for?
A talented Head of Bot Design to lead a team of bot designers, drive product innovation, and oversee transformational projects in the AI automation space. You will have a unique opportunity to shape and grow a team of talented specialists, optimize processes, and set up a vision for this fast-growing product. You will be working in strict cooperation with the world-class team of product specialists, engineers, linguists, and AI researchers in Gdańsk.
We expect that you envision how people experience text and voice chatbots and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and even magical. Together we will redefine the industry of customer service automation
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing a team of bot designers and supporting their day to day operations
- Overseeing the process of designing voice and text chatbots (dialog flow, copy) in SentiOne Automate Platform
- Defining team KPIs, analyzing and optimizing performance
- Shaping a vision for SentiOne Automate Platform and virtual assistants
- Training and development of bot designers
- Supporting sales and product adoption
- Translating customer needs into a Conversational Voice and Text Interface - that enables the ability to deliver personalized and contextual information in real-time;
- Working closely with project managers, linguists, product specialist and AI researchers during customer service automation projects mainly for enterprise clients;
- Collaborating with the product team to optimize the SentiOne Automate Platform.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- Subject matter expert level of knowledge in bots and conversational AI
- Experience in design and development of chatbots and voicebots
- Experience working on large transformational projects, ideally in AI implementations in customer service departments.
- Experience working in team leader/ managerial capacity
- Computer science background or professional equivalent
- Experience in business development and driving product adoption will be a plus
- Interest in AI technology, Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning will be a plus
