SentiOne today announced a new partnership with e& enterprise that will bring customer service automation powered by artificial intelligence algorithms to the MENA region. On August 24th, 2022, both parties signed a partnership agreement that will start in the UAE and plans to expand further into 16 markets where e& Group operates. The main aim of the collaboration will be to equip e& enterprise business customers with the state-of-the-art Omni channel conversational AI Platform — SentiOne Automate — to build customer automation solutions based on SentiOne’s chatbot, voicebot and automated messaging platform. Such solutions will allow businesses in the UAE and the region to automate their processes by up to 50%, reduce costs, increase ROI and increase customer satisfaction by providing round-the-clock, high-quality customer service.
The platform will be further complemented by e& enterprise in-house professional services team and cloud infrastructure to host the platform in the country for data security and content localization. Customers will be able to leverage the combined value proposition of the state-of-the-art SentiOne platform and e& enterprise Dev-Ops and cloud infrastructure to solve business challenges resulting in enhanced customer experiences and better engagement with end users across social media and OTT channels for a higher ROI. The AI and NLP-enabled chatbots deployed across various channels will reduce manual intervention across business processes enabling enterprises to streamline end user engagement.

This partnership was facilitated by Seed Group — SentiOne’s business partner in the MENA region, a company of the Private Office of Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum. Both companies signed a partnership agreement on 8th June 2021 that aimed to boost AI adoption in the UAE.
