With over 100 hardworking team members, we’ve been busy developing new features, solutions, and updates to enhance your social media data analysis. Let’s look at what we’ve been up to in Q1.

SentiCharts: Daily Brand Rankings
One of our most significant achievements is the launch of SentiCharts. SentiCharts is a daily ranking of the hottest brands on social media, similar to the Billboard Hot 100 for companies. We launched SentiCharts in Spanish this quarter and prepared everything for the Polish launch.
New Insights: Best Sources and Authors
One of the critical updates we have introduced in the first quarter is the addition of new insights, precisely the “Best Sources” and “Authors” widgets. With the “Best Sources” insight, you can discover the best-performing sources rated in three categories: reach, sentiment, and gender share.
In addition, the “Authors” insight provides users with information about the unique users participating in discussions across all sources. You can now see the number of people who have posted mentions and actively participated in conversations on social media.

Reddit Integration: Expanding Social Listening Reach
As a social listening company, we aim to provide as many sources and mentions as possible. We happily announce that you can now find Reddit results in SentiOne. With this integration, we allow you to monitor posts & comments and track users’ profiles and your owned account content with private messages.
ChatGPT x SentiOne: AI-Powered Summaries
We are the most excited about this project. Using ChatGPT in social listening as an experimental feature summarizing social media analysis, customer insights, and online discussions using ChatGPT is a new way of thinking about our product updates. In the upcoming week, selected customers will beta-test this new feature. Stay tuned for more updates.
Project Folders Nesting: Streamlined Organization
We understand the importance of organization and efficiency in managing projects, so we have introduced the ability to create folders in SentiOne. You can easily create nested folders by clicking the “Create folder” button and selecting a parent folder. This feature allows you to build the perfect hierarchy and organize your projects more effectively.
Facebook Filter by Industries: Enhanced Audience Understanding
Filtering Facebook mentions by author categories allows you to understand the audience better. This information can help users identify which industries or business branches are talking about their brand the most and whether the sentiment is positive or negative.
Advanced Filters and Sorting in Mentions
We enhance the filtering and sorting capabilities in SentiOne. From now on, you can filter and sort by the number of followers, likes, comments, and shares, allowing for more refined and customized analyses. These features are helpful for you if you want to identify micro-influencers and top commented posts or efficiently analyze the content that is driving the most engagement on social media.
Introducing Retweets as a New Type of Mention
In response to user feedback and requests, we have introduced a new type of mention in SentiOne: Retweets. Users can now find Retweets as a separate category in the “Type of mention” filter, allowing for more customized and advanced analyses.
We know that changing Retweets’ sentiment manually was a nightmare. That’s why we added the bulk operation for this mention type so you can now change the sentiment of all the same Retweets with one click!
In conclusion, Q1 has been an exciting and dynamic quarter for us. We have listened to our customers’ feedback and worked tirelessly to bring enhancements that address their needs. As we look ahead to the rest of the year, we are excited about the roadmap we have in place. Stay tuned for more exciting updates and features coming your way in the future.
