Category Change and What It Means for You
Comprehensive Offer Integration The Terms of Service now cover both of our flagship products: SentiOne Listen (online monitoring) and SentiOne Automate (AI chatbot and voicebot creation platform). This means one coherent set of rules for the entire SentiOne ecosystem.
Transparent Payments We have unified billing rules. Subscriptions can now be monthly or annual, paid in advance. We’ve introduced a new global payment operator – Stripe Payments Europe – and enabled automatic renewal for card payments.
Flexible Plan Management Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately. Downgrading to a lower plan will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Trial Period We continue to offer a 14-day free trial for SentiOne Listen, so you can explore its features risk-free. The Terms now specify that each user can access the trial once.
AI Responsibility and Ethics We’ve added provisions emphasizing users’ responsibility for the ethical use of bots and compliance with regulations such as the EU AI Act and GDPR. This is our shared contribution to building trustworthy artificial intelligence.
