In the September update, we’re focusing on new capabilities of the AI Assistant as well as improvements to our platform and API, designed to make daily work and data analysis more efficient. At SentiOne, we never stand still – we continuously develop our tools so your brand can operate faster, more accurately, and more effectively. The September update is another step toward intelligent automation and real-time data analysis.

AI Assistant Updates
Voice Control

Now you can use the Assistant without a keyboard – we’ve added speech recognition support.
This feature is available in selected browsers: Chrome, Safari, and Edge.

Recent Conversations

Easily revisit your discussions – quick access to up to 5 of your most recent conversations with the Assistant. Importantly, your chats are saved even after refreshing the browser.

Start a New Conversation

Need a fresh start? You can now start a new conversation at any time while still keeping access to the history of up to 5 previous threads.

Mentions Improvements

The “Go to Mentions” feature has been enhanced. Now you can:

• Navigate not only within a single project but also across different projects (e.g., in comparative reports).
• Use more detailed summaries that make it easier to analyze context.

PDF Reports

The AI Assistant now allows you to generate PDF reports. It’s an easy way to share and archive insights and analyses.

Platform and API Improvements

Project Management API (V2)

We’ve released new API endpoints that allow you to create, update, and delete projects. This provides more flexibility and control for development teams.

New API Filter: content.query (V2)

We’ve introduced a new Boolean query filter for mention content, available in both search and streaming.
This allows you to precisely extract the data that matters most to you.
