We see it everywhere: according to Epsilon, 80% of customers are more inclined to buy from a brand that offers personalisation, Gartner predicts that conversational AI will save $80 billion in contact center costs by 2026, while voice assistants have already become a commodity in both business and our homes.

At SentiOne Automate, we focus on customer-led product development. We build our product roadmap based on customer feedback and requirements of the power users – bot designers, as well as industry trends and innovations – such as generative AI. So, following a busy spring, we’d like to share some highlights of what our Product Team has been up to recently and how they’ve improved our chatbot-building platform.

Open AI integration – Generating Phrases Using ChatGPT [beta]

We are excited to announce a new experimental integration on our bot-building platform – ChatGPT. This integration allows for the automatic generation of phrases in the NLU model based on the intent name and previously added phrases.

Channels Module

The Channels module makes it simple to connect your chatbot or voicebot to numerous communication channels. We currently offer a WhatsApp integration via Twilio and Vonage, in addition to Meta (Facebook Messenger). This module allows you to effortlessly set up new channels and link them to your bot. Stay tuned for more integrations coming up in the upcoming months! Additionally, we support custom integration to our webchat, voicebot, MS Teams, Twitter, Skype for Business, Telegram and custom channels.

System Snippets

Our Flow module now has the first set of system snippets! These snippets (or reusable templates) make it easier for bot designers to create conversational flows, saving them time and effort while also boosting project collaboration.

New Look of Connections Between Building Blocks

We’ve implemented a new shape of connections between building blocks to improve the UX of our platform. Select the Settings button from the toolbox in the bottom left corner and replace the default curved connections with the new straight ones.
