🤖 AI Assistant Improvements
💬 Smoother writing, faster communication

Many of you reported slight delays when composing longer messages. That’s a thing of the past! Our AI Assistant now responds instantly — no matter how long your text is. Chat with it seamlessly, just like your most responsive colleague in the office.

🧠 Smarter automatic queries

The assistant can now generate complex Boolean queries automatically, using advanced syntax (AND, OR, parentheses, and more). This allows you to create precise search rules without manually tweaking every phrase. More accuracy, less work!

📱 Responsive on any screen

We’ve improved the assistant’s layout and design on mobile devices. Whether you’re working on a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, the interface remains consistent and fully functional.

🧩 More control in AI Topic Creator

After generating initial topics with AI, you can now manually fine-tune configurations using advanced rules. Great news for power users — even more flexibility and precision when designing topics.

⚙️ Platform Enhancements

💳 New location for the payment form

The billing form has been moved to the Organization module. Managing payments and organizational data is now clearer and more intuitive.

🧭 Improved navigation in the Supervisor panel

We fixed navigation issues that made accessing services in the Supervisor panel slower. Now everything works smoothly and reliably — just as it should.

🔌 API Updates

💬 New field in Mentions API

We added a “discussion” field, allowing you to group mentions by thread or conversation context. This is a big help for analysts — now it’s easier to track how discussions evolved and who joined them.

🔍 New operators in Listen API

We introduced two new operators in the content.query parameter: phrase and wildcard.
These make data filtering and content searching more precise and flexible — whether you’re analyzing historical data or streaming conversations in real time.
