💬 Updates in Integrations – Google Places Q&A

Google has announced the discontinuation of the API that supported the Q&A feature in Google Places.
As a result, in this release we’ve had to end the ability to collect and post replies in this channel.

We know that many of our users valued this integration — thank you for your trust and engagement!
Our focus now is on developing other, fast-growing channels to ensure you can continue monitoring customer feedback effectively and responding in real time.
