QA Manager (Gdańsk, PL)

Location: Gdańsk

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Your responsibilities:

  • System testing using structured test techniques for applications, cutting across the frontend, middleware, and databases,
  • Supporting system development life cycle, acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality,
  • Proposing a solution for automatic tests and moving forward with the implementation
  • Educating engineers about best practices in terms of quality, making sure test automation is important part of development,
  • Acting as a technical mentor for other testers.

Our requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing or software development
  • Good knowledge of software testing tools
  • Knowledge of Jira and Git
  • Strong interest in building software products and willingness to explore your career into QA manager role
  • Knowledge of the concepts of Big data, machine learning and AI will be a plus
