SentiOne’s origins reach back to Bartosz Baziński’s and Michał Brzezicki’s thesis composed in 2011. As students of the Gdańsk University of Technology they have created an algorithm that assesses the sentiment of internet statements - since then SentiOne has grown a lot and now we are actively present in 23 European countries. Our potential has been recognized by The National Centre for Research and Development, which decided to subsidize a project done jointly with the Technical University of Gdańsk and SalesLift.

Great news for all SentiOne users: from now you can include diacritic in your topic configuration!

Our reach has grown a lot recently and so did the SentiOne team - over 10 new people have joined us during the last couple of weeks. We are more than happy to introduce some of them.

Since 2011 we allow users to quickly check Internet users’ opinions on every topic and, what’s more, analyse the company image on the web or start a dialogue with customers. SentiOne has started on native Polish market, then started providing its services in Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia, next – in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and The Netherlands. Today we add another 17 languages to the list.

SentiOne allows you to receive a notification whenever a mention appears in a topic monitored by you. You can set up an alert while creating a new topic or add it later on. But when you monitor multiple topics and some mentions may include keywords from a couple of them, you’ll receive couple of e-mails notifying you about the same exact mention. You can change that by using the multi-topic alerts feature.

In most cases you would want to listen to as many sources as possible. But sometimes there is a need to exclude some places of discussion, for example when a website generates mentions that contain the keyword your query is looking for, but you don’t find them relevant for your actions at all.

You are responsible for your brand’s communication in many channels, but your policy includes real-time responses in only one of them? You want to monitor many sources, but you only need alerts for one domain? You can receive e-mail alerts for posts appearing in exact sources. How?

TAGGER, keyboard shortcuts can be used for quick rating of mentions – no mouse needed. What is even more important, from now on it will be possible to assign mention rating to different people, manage the process and measure performance. TAGGER is an additional module available within the SentiOne tool in the Pro Package. To start using TAGGER, just choose the new TAGGER option in the left menu bar

If your account consists of more than one topic, you may at some point want to see the generated data together – you can achieve that through creating a comparative dashboard. There is also a way to compare the acquired data off-line with people who are not using SentiOne – multi-topic reports.
